They closely engage with clients on compliance, approvals, contracts and documentation on fund raising through IPOs, rights issues, offers for sale, private placements, QIB placements, FCCBs, Masala Bonds, REITs, INVITs, etc. We also advise clients on securities laws and regulations instituted by SEBI, RBI, stock exchanges, government ministries specifically on takeovers, buy-backs, delisting, block/bulk trades, secondary share sale or purchase through public markets, securities litigation etc.
